I have been a military physician for over 20 years, and was obviously devoted to the mental and physical health of our troops.
\nI therefore worked with many physical trainers, athletic coaches, and fitness experts.
\nNow that I am retired, I began to get unfit, and recently started working with Kate in a Pilates program.
\nI am delighted to have found some one who is so good.<\/p>\n

She is technically competent (knows how to identify the problem and fix it), and psychologically skillful (knows how to motivate the client).
\nI have access to many gyms and health clubs, but plan to stick with Kate because she gets results.
\nI will soon move from being a fatso to a fitso.<\/p>\n
